Summer Blog Challenge, Day 41- My Favorite Foodie Blogs

Since I am self-proclaimed foodie, I am going to share with you my five favorite blogs for cooking and baking for today's Summer Blog Challenge post.  I pin recipes from these blogs most often.  I actually attempt recipes from these blogs (and with success!).  And I just like these ladies' styles. ;)

The Brown Eyed Baker
http://www.browneyedbaker.com/
The Brown Eyed Baker's website is my go-to for satisfying my sweet tooth.  Every single recipe I have made from her site has been a big hit.
Her Cranberry Upside-Down Cake has become my signature holiday dish now. ;)

Two Peas and Their Pod
http://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/
I just recently discovered Two Peas and Their Pod, but I am in love with their site.  Her recipes make me think that I may need a Pinterest intervention!  I recently made their  Coconut Granola, and I could not stop eating it.  I even shared some with my June Foodie Pen Pal!

Once Upon a Chef
http://www.onceuponachef.com/blog
Once Upon a Chef is one of my favorites.  I have found SO many wonderful recipes on this site.  In fact, two of my family's new favorites came from her blog~ Chocolate Banana Bread and Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Cooking Classy
http://cookingclassy.blogspot.com/
I found my family's absolute favorite brownie recipe on Cooking Classy, the Secret Ingredient Brownies.  What is the secret ingredient?  You will have to click the link to find out. ;)  Looking for an alternative other than banana bread to put your over ripe bananas to good use?  Look no further.  Cooking Classy's Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting is the answer!

Budget Bytes
http://budgetbytes.blogspot.com/
I found Budget Bytes thanks to a good friend of mine on Facebook.  This lady does it all- she gives you a step-by-step of the recipe, the cost per serving, the cost per ingredient.  She does all the math for you!  Great, great site for budget friendly yumminess!  Lately I have been obsessed with her super easy and super cheap "The One" Chocolate Mug Cake.

Yeah, I am noticing a theme here.  This mama just may suffer from a wee bit of a sweet tooth.  Just a wee bit. ;)

What are some of your favorite foodie blogs?
