When it comes to game day entertaining, I only have one thing on my mind- the big game snack spread. I usually don't care much about who is playing who, or even who ends up being the champions in the end. I am there for one thing & one thing only- the food, folks.

Because when it comes to snacking, there isn't much that beats a good game day spread. From the essentials like chips & dips to wings to pizza and everything else in between, the big game menu is what makes or breaks a game day get-together for me.

If you happen to be planning a little party for this weekend's big game, then you all are in luck with today's post. I am sharing few of my essentials & tips for making game day entertaining both easy and crowd-pleasing.

Big Lou's Onion Sauce.

Who else just loathes cutting or chopping onions? (Raises hand straight up!) And we all know that onions are the base for so many of our favorite game day recipes. But chopping onions can be pure torture sometimes. Well, I have the perfect solution for you all- Big Lou's Onion Sauce

Available in both a Sweet and a Spicy variety, Big Lou's Onion Sauce is the perfect way to add in the goodness of sauteed onions minus the watery eyes. Use it in your homemade french onion dip. Or try it as a topping for sliders. Big Lou's would make the perfect starter for a homemade pasta sauce.

Big Lou's Onion Sauce would also be tasty in this French Onion Roasted Potato Salad.

Dorot Gardens Garlic and Ginger.

One of my favorite kitchen hacks for game day is to use frozen garlic & ginger from Dorot Gardens in my recipes. I mean, who has time for peeling & chopping fresh garlic and ginger when preparing that big game spread? ;) Dorot Gardens pre-portions both fresh garlic and ginger into easy to use pop-up trays.

Both Dorot Gardens Garlic and Ginger is picked at the peak of freshness & is then processed and flash frozen into their convenient pop out trays within 90 minutes of harvesting. And the best part? It has a shelf life of two years!

Try both the Dorot Gardens Garlic and Ginger in these Asian Chili & Garlic Pork Sliders.

Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips and Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa from Late July.

If you ask me, a game day spread is absolutely not complete until it includes some tasty tortilla chips and a good chunky salsa. Who else agrees with me here? This weekend I will definitely be adding Late July Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips (the Sea Salt & Lime are my favorite!) and their Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa to my big game menu.

Made in an authentic restaurant style, Late July tortilla chips are organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and 100% whole grain. Made with real tomatoes and peppers, Late July Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa is also organic and non-GMO project verified. Can we say game day snacking you don't have to feel bad about, folks? ;)

4C Breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese.

When it comes to whipping up those game day snacks it is essential to have a few of the basics on hand at all times. Two ingredients I always find myself reaching for when I am in the kitchen on game day is 4C Seasoned Breadcrumbs and 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese

4C Seasoned Breadcrumbs starts with freshly toasted breadcrumbs. Then it is blended with herbs & spices and pecorino Romano cheese. With its nutty taste, 4C Homestyle Parmesan Cheese is 100% cheese- no additives, preservatives, fillers, or cellulose.

Try them both in this recipe for Double Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs.

New RAGÚ Simply™ Roasted Garlic Sauce.

One of my go-to's to have on hand for game day entertaining is a good quality jar (or two!) of pasta sauce. Like my new favorite jarred pasta sauce, New RAGÚ Simply™ Roasted Garlic Sauce. Made with roasted garlic, plump tomatoes, and onion, RAGÚ Simply™ Roasted Garlic Sauce is made with 100% olive oil and with no added sugar. This flavor packed sauce is simply delicious.

I like to use this pasta sauce in some of my favorite football party recipes like this Spicy Italian Style Jambalaya and this easy to make Lasagna Soup. Be sure to also try RAGÚ's recipe for Roasted Garlic Short Rib Stuffed Ciabatta for touchdown scoring addition to your game day menu this weekend.
