With peach season in full swing now, I am always trying to concoct new delicious ways of enjoying one of my favorite summertime fruits. As I was looking through my fridge the other day, I spied a bottle of peach moonshine (not the backwoods stuff, folks) we had picked up a few months ago & the wheels started turning. I have always wanted to try my hand at a boozy popsicle, so I thought why not a peach one?

These Peach Shinesicles literally have just 3 simple ingredients in them- fresh pureed peaches, peach juice, and peach flavored moonshine. Many liquor stores now carry moonshines or cordials cut with moonshine, but if you cannot find a peach flavored shine feel free to use a peach liqueur like Schnapps instead. Or if you happen have a bottle of the homemade stuff laying around, you could totally use that too. ;)

These Easy Bacon & Egg Cups are perfectly poppable & portable making them great for a weekend brunch spread or for a quick & hearty breakfast on the go.

Okay, so I totally teased you all with this recipe on my Instagram last Wednesday, and for that I do sincerely apologize, folks. It wasn't entirely fair to make you all wait five days on the how-to for these Easy Bacon & Egg Cups, but us bloggers do have this little thing called an editorial calendar that sometimes gets in the way of allowing us to share new recipes with you all sooner

But don't fret! The long wait is finally over, my friends. ;) And as I promised my followers on Instagram last week, this easy breakfast recipe was definitely worth the wait.

You literally need only THREE ingredients to make these Easy Bacon & Egg Cups! (Well five, if you count the salt & pepper and fresh parsley.) These little cups of breakfast goodness are perfectly poppable and portable, making them great for a weekend brunch spread or for a quick & hearty breakfast on the go... :)

With just 3 simple ingredients, this buttery & rich Cookie Butter Pecan Fudge is going to quickly become your new go-to holiday fudge recipe

It's December, folks and that means one thing- the holiday season is upon us, you all. When I think of the holidays, my mind naturally turns to the tastes and flavors of the season. Frosted sugar cookies, gingerbread, hot cocoa, and of course, fudge.

I mean, homemade fudge cut into perfect little squares tucked away into tins is just classic Christmas to me. My mother is the fudge maker in our family.

She always whips up a batch of peanut butter and then a batch of chocolate fudge with walnuts almost every single December. She makes it from scratch and gets it perfect just about every single time.

Me? Not so much. I was not blessed with her fudge making skills. ;)

But I discovered one secret ingredient last year that helped me finally overcome my fudge making handicap- a tub of store-bought frosting.

Yes, some may call it cheating, but I just like to call it genius and pretty much foolproof. It has allowed me to finally make a delicious contribution to the family holiday fudge making each December.

I let my mama handle the classic fudges while I branch out and experiment with new flavors using my easy method for making fudge. My latest fudge creation is buttery and rich, made with creamy cookie butter and crunchy pecans. A perfectly decadent & easy to make treat for the holidays...
