Now that Halloween is safely in the rear view, it is time to look on to the next holiday this season- Thanksgiving! :) Last year I started hosting my family's Thanksgiving dinner taking over the tradition from my mother. As soon as Halloween has ended, I start brainstorming the family dinner. There are some must-haves that will definitely be on the table- homemade mashed potatoes, corn pudding, Stove Top stuffing (Yes, Stove Top. It is the only thing my son special requests that I make each Thanksgiving. ;) ) I always try to jazz it up with a tasty new salad or a deliciously tempting dessert.
