April Spiked! Recipe Challenge Sign-Ups!

Hello all and welcome to the first week of April & spring (finally)!  

Spring time means sunshine, daffodils, & all things bright and cheerful to me.  So, it is no surprise that for this month's Spiked! Recipe Challenge myself and Julie from This Gal Cooks chose a boozy ingredient that we think best embodies spring...
