Sometimes after school snack time can be such a struggle in our home. My teenage son always seems to grab for greasy potato chips or some other not-so-healthy snack if they happen to be in the pantry. And as soon as my youngest sees big brother with a handful of chips, then she must have some too. So what does this mama do? I whip up a healthy snacking dip that not even the teenager can turn away! I mean, how can he refuse it when this dip includes Peanut Butter M&M's®?

This creamy dip has just 4 simple ingredients in it, including tasty Peanut Butter M&M's that I picked up from my local Walmart.
This dip can literally be ready in mere minutes! In fact, it is so easy to make that you can even employ the kiddos to make the dip for themselves. ;)
It is perfect for dipping apple slices or graham crackers in, or for spreading over toasted waffles in the morning for a quick, kid-approved breakfast before school.
Peanut Butter M&M's Dip
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: None
- 2/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup thawed lite or fat free whipped topping
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter M&M's
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, peanut butter, and whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the Peanut Butter M&M's.
Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, celery sticks, etc.
Cover & refrigerate any leftovers.
