Tomorrow happens to be a day that my family and I have been looking forward to since we first watched Big Hero 6 in the theaters months ago and met Baymax. That big marshmallow of a hero (and personal health care companion) happened to win all of our hearts.  In fact, my youngest has pretty much been obsessed with him since then. She has been asking for months to watch Big Hero 6 again! And tomorrow we get to watch Baymax, Hiro, and their band of heroic "nerd lab" friends as many times as we would like since Big Hero 6 will be available for purchase from  I didn't waste any time pre-ordering my family's copy. ;)

I am already planning a fun Big Hero 6 family move night later this week complete with this easy to make Baymax Marshmallow Dip.  You can divvy up this dip into individual cups or ramekins so that everyone can have their very own Baymax dip for movie night or serve in one large bowl for sharing. Either way this is one fun and yummy dip that everyone will love for Big Hero 6 movie night...

Baymax Marshmallow Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: None
Ingredients (4 servings)
  • 7oz jar of marshmallow fluff/creme
  • 5.3 oz cup of vanilla or coconut Greek yogurt
  • 4oz of whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 regular sized marshmallows (or just one if you are making one large bowl of dip instead of individual cups)
  • Food marker with edible black ink
  • Apple slices, crackers, pretzels, fruit for dipping
  • Red lollipops (optional, but they are a fun touch)
In a large mixing bowl, combine the marshmallow creme, Greek yogurt, and thawed whipped topping. With a hand mixer, beat on low speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy.

To make the Baymax marshmallows- Draw two dots for the eyes and then a straight line connecting the two dots on the flat side of a marshmallow. I used a marker with edible black ink specially made for food. You can find them on Amazon. Repeat with 3 more marshmallows if you are planning to make an individual cup of dip for each person.

Scoop the dip into 4 small bowls or ramekins. I used red ones to mimic Baymax's charging station in the movie. Top each dip with a Baymax marshmallow.
Serve with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers, and other fruit.

Cover & refrigerate any leftovers.

This Baymax Marshmallow Dip was delicious served with apple slices and especially pretzels for me. I loved the salty crunch with the creamy sweet dip.
