I Heart My Woolzies {& Giveaway!}

When I saw that Woolzies was looking for bloggers to review their product, I jumped at the chance.  I have been wanting to phase out the dryer sheets and switch to a more a natural and eco-friendly softener for our laundry for a while.

I am not going to lie.  I was *a little* skeptical at first.  Could 6 balls of 100% pure wool really get all my family's clothes soft?
The answer is unequivocally yes.

Not only did my Woolzies balls keep all my laundry soft and static free, but it also cut down on the drying time.  Typically, it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes for my dryer to dry an entire load of towels.  With the Woolzies, they were dry in under an hour.

Win, win, win.

I was eliminating another chemical product from our usual laundry routine.
Our electric bill (and the environment) will benefit from the reduced drying time.
And my family and I are still enjoying soft clothes and linens.

A box of 6 Woolzies balls retails for $34.95, but it is guaranteed to soften 1000 loads of clothing!  The dryer sheets I used to buy retail for around $6 a box and are supposed to soften 90 loads of clothes.  But we all know for larger loads of laundry, we need to throw two of those sheets in there.  You do the math. ;)

And because Woolzies is just that awesome, they want to give one of my lucky readers a box of 6 Woolzies for free!  Just use the Rafflecopter below to enter. :)

*The opinions above are strictly my own.  Yep, all 100% me, myself, and I.  I was provided a product in exchange for an honest review, and was not compensated for my review in any other way.  If you are interested in having me review an item, please see my Sponsor Page for contact information.

*This giveaway is open internationally.  All entries for the winner will be checked and verified, so please make sure you are doing what you are claiming in the Rafflecopter or all your entries will be voided.  No funny business, folks. ;)  Please see the Rafflecopter widget below for additional Terms & Conditions.  Good luck, all!

  2. I've always wanted to try dryer balls! I currently use some sort of supposedly eco-friendly dryer sheets, but I hate using one for a couple of loads and then throwing it out.

    How's the noise with the balls thumping around in the dryer? Do you get used to it?
